Refund Policy

30 days, no questions

We offer a full refund on any paid plan within 30 days of your first payment. Email hello@itadpricing.com from the address on your account, mention the word “refund”, and we'll process it within 1 working day. No survey, no “are you sure”, no exit interview.

What's covered

  • The first paid invoice on Starter, Professional, or Business plans (monthly or annual).
  • The remaining unused months on an annual plan if you cancel mid-term — pro-rated to the day, refunded to the original payment method.
  • Upgrades and downgrades within the 30-day window count as one continuous trial period.

What's not covered

  • The 7-day free trial. There's nothing to refund: you didn't pay.
  • Subsequent monthly invoices after the first 30 days. Cancel anytime via Settings → Billing and you won't be billed again, but past months stand.
  • Promo-code discounts that brought your invoice to €0. Nothing to refund there either.
  • Custom enterprise contracts. These have separate terms in the signed agreement.

How to request a refund

Email hello@itadpricing.com with:

  • The email address on your ITADpricing account.
  • The invoice number (find it in Settings → Billing → Recent invoices).
  • One sentence on why — we don't require it but the feedback helps us fix things.

We confirm by email within one working day. Refunds reach your payment method in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Trial credit instead

If your refund window has expired but you have a real complaint (broken feature, missed SLA, data quality issue), email us anyway. We'll usually offer trial credit on a higher-tier plan or a month free. We'd rather keep you happy than win this one.
